The MBM program is the perfect way to push your work environment further and ensure that everyone works wonderfully and has a great time. Our program is a comprehensive course that combines the MBM4Pillars:

Physical Exercise - 35 min of physical exercise, including warm-up, boxing, a circuit with free weights, bands, or designed specifically for the level of the group.

Mindfulness & Spirituality - 5 min of Stretching and Mindfulness guided breathing exercise to experience a peaceful mindset, guided to be present in the moment.

Personal Growth - 10 min of journaling time designed by topics of personal growth leading people to reflect, discover, share, and unleash their passion and purpose.

Gratitude & Connection - 10 min expression of gratitude in a journal, or creating a heartfelt card through an app, reaching out in kindness, improving connections.

The MBM4Pillars form a unique holistic approach to Fitness. This coaching philosophy was created by Paola Kalaf, who has successfully changed the lives of hundreds of clients for the better but also clients overcoming mental health challenges and emotional ups and downs.
