Our unique holistic MBM4Life®program is designed to foster a balanced and fulfilling life by focusing on four essential pillars. The first pillar, PHYSICAL EXERCISE encourages individuals to engage in regular physical activities that promote strength, flexibility, and overall well-being. Participants can enhance their physical health and vitality through mindful movement and tailored workouts.

The second pillar centres around MINDFULNESS & SPIRITUALITY allowing individuals to cultivate a deeper awareness of the present moment and connect with their inner selves. By incorporating mindfulness practices such as meditation, breathwork, and reflection, participants can develop a sense of calm, clarity, and spiritual growth.

The third pillar, PERSONAL GROWTH emphasizes continuous self-improvement and lifelong learning. Through various topics during the coaching sessions and self-reflection exercises, individuals are empowered to find their values, explore their passions, set meaningful goals, and unlock their true potential.

The fourth pillar, GRATITUDE & CONNECTION, highlights the importance of nurturing meaningful relationships and fostering a sense of gratitude. Participants engage in activities of gratitude writing in the journal and promote connection with others, sharing thoughts with others in the group, a trusting environment, and being vulnerable if needed. Individuals can experience increased happiness, resilience, and a sense of belonging by cultivating appreciation and fostering social connections.

Train with me on the 99c.FIT the GLOBAL PLATFORM where I am a FOUNDATION TRAINER with a range of workouts from 10 to 50 min, covering from beginner to advanced levels of fitness and some really focusing on women over 40s, when start losing muscle mass and strength. Implementing also Mindfulness as MBM Pillar 2 to strengthen also your mind and soul.

Investing a small monthly subscription of U$1.99 per month and U$.99cents a workout view, you can train in your own pace and time.
